OUR STORE POLICIES
a) Shop prices and shipping rates are listed in CDN.
b) Most products are handmade and unique. For this reason please allow for slight variations in colors, shapes, sizes, weight, etc.

a) Shipping Rates: $15.00 flat rate within BC; $20.00 flat rate for rest of Canada. Take advantage of this flat rate and stock up on your favourite things! We also offer an in store pickup option at checkout.
b) Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll ship your tracked package via Canada Post, and depending on your location, your order should be delivered within 3-10 business days.
c) To facilitate prompt fulfillment of your order, please make sure you have specified the date you would like the order delivered, the phone number and address of the recipient (or other contact in case of delivery difficulty), and any other special instructions. We can include a card or any special messages!
d) We attempt to have your order delivered on the date you specify, but we have no control over delays experienced with Canada Post and couriers. We reserve the right to adjust the delivery date or time due to variable circumstances such as holidays, logistics, routes and carbon footprint.
e) When delivery cannot be made, for example, due to an incorrect address or no one being at the delivery location to accept the order (either at the arranged place and time, or due to insufficient contact information to arrange a place and time), the delivery will be considered refused and a partial refund will be provided once we receive the item back (purchase amount less 50% for handling, disassembly, restocking, delivery and return charges).
f) Currently our website is only set up to ship within Canada, but we are happy to ship internationally too! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get back to you with a shipping quote for your area.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
a) In store:
Full refund, with proof of purchase, if returned within 7 days from the
Exchange or instore credit, with proof of purchase, if returned within 14 days from the purchase date.
No refunds, exchange or instore credit after 14 days of purchase date.
Full refund if order is canceled before shipping.
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange or in-store credit (excluding shipping costs).
We do not offer refunds.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your items back with a tracking number as we won’t be able to honor returns on lost parcels.
You are also welcome to bring your item back to our store for return, and the same policies will apply.
c) Food items, body products, and sale items are non-returnable.
d) All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and clothing must be unworn, unwashed and odour free with original tags attached.
e) We try to package items as securely as we can when shipping, but sometimes things happen during travel. If you feel you have received a damaged or flawed item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hrs) of receiving your item to report the damage. Please keep in mind that we often request photographs of damaged items. If you do not contact us about the damage within 24 hours we will unfortunately be unable to help you with the issue.
f) If an item is missing, please make sure to thoroughly check all packing materials. Sometimes these items can be small and mistaken for wrapping. If you’ve checked all the packaging and you are still missing an item please contact us and we will resolve this issue for you ASAP. We want you to enjoy using your new purchase as soon as you can!
g) If you need to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your name and order information, as well as the reason for the return. We will do our very best to assist you!

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com
applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com (i.e. Paypal, Stripe, etc.) and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security
Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
